Job Title: Food Safety Trainer
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced experts that are passionate individuals to join our team as Food Safety Trainers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in educating restaurant staff and persons in the food industry on proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. We are actively seeking English and Bi-lingual speakers for Spanish, Hindi, and Mandarin Chinese trainers
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative food safety training programs.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and simulations to reinforce learning.
- Assess trainee understanding and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and certifications.
- Stay updated on the latest food safety regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to identify and address training needs.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate various training needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in the restaurant industry (minimum [5 years).
- Demonstrated experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of food safety principles and regulations (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate various training needs.
- Food Safety Certification (preferred).
- Professional Casual Dress
- Able to Maintain Professional Commutation, Cold call clients
- Must be a Team Player
- Maintain Professionalism, Speaking tone

Job Title: RAJA™ Alcohol Trainer
About The Role
RAJA™ is seeking qualified individuals to join their team as alcohol server trainers. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for responsible alcohol service and a desire to educate others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative RAJA™ alcohol server training courses to a diverse audience.
- Ensure and Know compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- MUST Maintain accurate records of training sessions.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Maintain the integrity of RAJA™ brand and clients
- Be able to work with corporations via training using RAJA™ Alcohol Educational Program
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations.
- At least 5 proven years of working in the industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independent
- Must have flexible work schedule
- Willingness to cold call, maintain and follow up with clients and potential clients via networking
