Online Course
The RAJA™ Tennessee Online Seller-Server Training Program is a self-paced course designed for individuals involved in Off-Premises Alcohol Sales and Wine in Grocery Stores (WIGS) in the State of Tennessee. Participants will complete the course online and must successfully pass the final examination to earn certification.
A minimum score of 70% is required to pass the final examination. Upon successfully completing the course and passing the exam, White Glove Restaurant Solutions (WGRS) will immediately issue a RAJA™ Certificate of Completion, which participants may download and print for their records.
Participants who do not achieve the required 70% passing score may purchase an Examination Retake to make another attempt at the final exam.
This two-hour course satisfies all Tennessee training requirements for Off-Premises Alcohol Sales and Wine in Grocery Stores (WIGS) certification. Participants will learn Tennessee alcohol laws, responsible alcohol sales practices, proper identification verification, and how to recognize and respond to alcohol-related situations.
