Registering and paying for a White Glove Restaurant Solutions™, Inc. educational training Class client agrees to the terms and conditions.

Retest Fees

White Glove Restaurant Solutions,™ Inc. has a positive success rate with clientele that study their textbook, review practice test and study guide before attending a lecture or online test.  Yet, in the unforeseeable event that a client does not pass with a 75% or greater.  There will is a $114 proctor fee to re-administer a ServSafe® Online RETEST Exam or $114 to re-administer and attend a 8 hour lecture (paper and pencil exam or Online exam)

Class Cancellations

If class is cancelled due to weather, low enrollment of participants or any other unforeseen incident, White Glove Restaurant Solutions,™, Inc will make any and every effort to place the client in another class that is convenient to White Glove Restaurant Solutions,™, Inc at no additional cost.  Client agrees to these terms and conditions when registering for a class.

Corporate Accounts

Any testing, grading or any other pertinent information about the client attending White Glove Restaurant Solutions,™ Inc educational class(es) paid for by corporate funds will be released to the corporation and the attending client.
